Ben first worked as an acquisition officer, overseeing the acquisition and development of several technologies, and later he served as an advisor to the Air Force, providing support on how to best manage their contracts and programs. Ben has worked in all phases of defense acquisition, and he specializes in highlighting product and service value to the military user. Ben has a Marketing degree from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, and a Juris Doctor (law degree) from New England School of Law in Boston, MA. He is a Certified Acquisition Professional.
